Controller
Compact and self contained, requiring no additional contactors
or transformers, the LCD 32 from LAE is ideal for use in upright fridges,
freezers, cold rooms and counters, where flexibility and cost considerations are
paramount.
A brand new set of software functions reinforce the uniqueness of
the LCD32.
With just one simple operation the control parameters can be
adjusted to match the products under storage (for instance meat, fish, pastries,
or vegetables) to the operating range, either high or low temperature or to the
cooling capacity, maximum or energy saving mode.
As a bonus the LCD32 is able
to store temperature readings to comply with the HACCP directive on the correct
storage of food products.
For those requiring more sophisticated data
logging, the LCD 32 with its inbuilt RS485 interface can be connected to LAE's
monitoring and logging software. The software can set the logging rate, recall
temperature curves and export data to Excel etc.
These advantages together
with diagnostics function, ºC or ºF selection and modern design reinforce the
supremacy of the LCD32 amongst defrost controllers.
